Do you offer consultations? What is the difference between virtual and in-person?

Yes, we offer two types of consultations.

  • Virtual Consultation (Free): An online AI-powered skin assessment to discuss your concerns, develop a treatment plan, and get product recommendations from home. Ideal for an initial Facial Diagnostic.
  • In-Person Consultation ($100): Includes a thorough skin history discussion, a comprehensive skin analysis by our Esthetician, and a basic Facial

What is your product return policy?

We do not offer refunds on any Skin Care products purchased. Exchanges may be considered only if the product is completely sealed in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Please contact us within first 7 days of purchase to discuss a potential exchange.

What facial is best for my skin type (oily, dry, sensitive, combination)?

The best facial depends on your specific concerns! Our Esthetician recommends booking a consultation or a Signature Deep Cleansing Facial for a personalized assessment and recommendation for future treatments like HydraFacial or targeted Acne Treatment.

How often should I get a facial?

For optimal Skin Care results, we generally recommend a professional facial every 4-6 weeks, as this aligns with the skin’s natural cell turnover cycle. However, frequency can vary based on your skin goals and the type of treatment (e.g., some Chemical Peels have different schedules).

What is the difference between Microdermabrasion and a Chemical Peel?

Microdermabrasion is a mechanical exfoliation using fine crystals or a diamond tip to remove dead skin. A Chemical Peel uses chemical solutions (acids) to dissolve dead skin cells and target deeper

Is there any downtime after treatments like Chemical Peels or Microneedling (Dermapen)?

Downtime varies. Mild peels or microdermabrasion may have minimal redness for a few hours. Deeper Chemical Peels or Microneedling might involve redness, sensitivity, or light peeling for a few days. We provide detailed aftercare instructions for each treatment.

Does facial treatments hurt?

Most facials are relaxing! Some procedures like extractions or deeper peels might cause mild, temporary discomfort, but we always prioritize your comfort. Technologies like HydraFacial are generally painless.

How should I prepare for my facial appointment?

Please arrive with clean skin (no makeup if possible). Avoid excessive sun exposure or harsh exfoliants (like retinoids) for a few days prior, unless advised otherwise. Inform your Esthetician of any allergies or skin sensitivities.

Do you offer treatments for teenagers?

Yes! We welcome adolescent patients from age 12 and up. We offer specialized Teenager Facials and Acne Treatment plans tailored to younger skin concerns.

How does the Rewards Program work?

Ask for your free rewards card at your visit. We mark it after each facial service. On your 6th visit, you receive $10 off that service! It’s our thank you for your loyalty.

What is the $50 deposit for? Is it refundable?

The $50 deposit secures your chosen appointment time exclusively for you. This deposit is non-refundable as per our cancellation policy but is applied towards the total cost of your service during your visit. If you need to reschedule your appointment, the deposit can be transferred to a new date, provided you rebook within the next 3 months.

Is the $50 booking deposit refundable if I cancel my appointment?

No, the $50 booking deposit is strictly non-refundable for any appointment cancellations, regardless of the notice period. It secures your appointment time exclusively.

What can I use my Gift Card for?

Gift cards can be applied to any of our facial services and will also be valid for our products.

How long are Gift Cards valid?

Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

How does the Progressive Loyalty Rewards Program work?

After your second paid visit, you’ll get your first rewards card. Get it marked for the next 5 paid facial visits. On your 6th visit after receiving the card (your 8th visit overall), you get $10 off. Then, you start a new card: complete 5 more marks to get $15 off your next visit. Finally, complete a third card with 5 marks to get $20 off your following visit.

Can I combine my reward discount with other offers?

No, the loyalty reward discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
